Problem running SAP2000 on Lab computers
SAP2000 has been renewed and good until 10/4/2024 and then it will move over to SAP2000 cloud. Seasnet will no longer host a SAP2000 license on our server. The CEE department will be in charge of cloud license renewals and assigning users cloud logins.
If CEE is able to renew a network license, follow these steps to save files (These steps may not apply if you are logging in to SAP2000 cloud). It seems to take’s several minutes to load or save a file to the home directory.
- Workaround: Copy the file that to be analyzed from the home directory to c:temp. Do the analysis, then copy the result back to the home directory before logging off.
